Project: The Insider’s Perspective of Nursing Program

Throughout this project, we illuminated compelling narratives from dedicated nurses in the field, offering valuable insights into leadership, mental health, and beyond. Our initiative included exclusive interviews with prominent nurse leaders, innovative entrepreneurs, and influential figures engaged in remarkable endeavors that serve as a source of inspiration and motivation.

Project Background

In this internally managed project, a collaborative effort with the partnership and community engagement team proved instrumental in addressing pivotal marketing challenges encountered during the launch phase. By strategically engaging with nurse leaders, we successfully navigated the complexities of brand awareness within a concise timeframe of 5 months. Our approach hinged on the effective implementation of the waterfall method, ensuring efficiency and a streamlined progression toward our marketing objectives.

Project & Creative Process

To overcome marketing challenges and ensure a successful program launch, we strategically focused on engaging nurse leaders through targeted interviews. Leveraging the power of LinkedIn, we crafted personalized messages and shared content on each interviewee's social media platforms. Dubbed "The Insider’s Perspective of Nursing," the program was designed to glean insights into the current state of nursing, facilitating a clearer understanding of NurseDeck for prospective audiences. The project's initial phase centered on identifying and sourcing potential interview candidates.

Final Results

We achieved our goal of establishing brand awareness within a condensed timeframe of 5 months. Our strategy relied on the effective implementation of the waterfall method, ensuring efficiency and a seamless progression towards our marketing objectives. Currently, video/podcast interviews are in progress, with an accomplished Nurse Podcast host conducting conversations with top nurses and renowned nurse entrepreneurs on behalf of NurseDeck. Simultaneously, NurseDeck's inaugural printed publication is in development, showcasing interviews with leading nurses. As we conclude the 5-month period, we anticipate featuring in 20 magazine publications and have already recorded 43 live interviews.
